How long does a s21 court order last ?

Have a 3 year old possession order under s21, I’ve heard that of the tennat has been laying rent that it can’t be enforced?

    Paying rent has nothing to do with it as the tenancy continues until the order is enforced.

    The recent government guidance confirms:

    You can apply for a Warrant of Possession at any time during the period of 6 years after the date a Possession Order is made
