Duty to Provide Name and Address of Landlord (England)

first TA in both names of LLs, one LL does not want to enter into a new one with the tenants but the other has issued a a TA without the other consent, what is the position here?

    We guess the tenant is protected and has an assured shorthold in the usual way.

    It sounds like the Dispute is between the Landlords to resolve themselves.

    We will see if we can find more information than that.
