Landlord’s Death

Following the death of a landlord, if the tenancy is to continue with someone else following Grant of Probate do we just need to issue a section 48 to the tenant? the solicitors are asking us for a notice of assignment.

    That’s great thanks, would we just amend it to say following the death rather than following the purchase?
