S8 Served on 12 May 21 with expiry date of 13 June 21
grounds 8, (2 months arrears at that tome ) ground 12 and ground 17 used
I know 12 was 6 months notice and 8 the same but was mixed with 17, is the notice valid? With 17 being 2 weeks

No, in our view the notice had to be six months notice because of the grounds 8 and 12. Ground 17 doesn’t reduce the time in our view.
