mixing ground one with ground 8

this is a notice served in march 13th 2020 (pre covid) grounds 1 and 8, 13 & 14 have been used, the notice period given was 2 weeks, is it defective as ground was 2  months and the notice relied upon 2 weeks (for gnd 8)

Think that one is okay because ground 14 reduces the notice period to nill.

It will have to be proven there was genuine reasons for putting ground 14 to show it wasn’t a sham just to reduce the length of the notice even if possession isn’t actually obtained on ground 14.
