Periodic tenancy

Hi
What are your views on a periodic tenancy is this advisable once 6 month tenancy ended or should I do new agreement?

    As a general rule we prefer letting a tenancy go periodic at the end of the term. This gives both landlords and tenants the flexibility of giving notice anytime without being locked in. However, it is a personal choice and depends on individual circumstances.
