Process if tenant does not leave by the date fixed by court

Sorry, I have seen the answer to this question on the website somewhere but blowed if I can find it again – if the tenant does not leave by the date fixed by the court, without a further hearing, how do we ask the court to authorise a bailiff to evict the tenant?

No problem!

Go to the court forms page and from the wizard choose the bottom option.
