Quarterly rent and s8

A rent payment was due 24 sept 21 and wasn’t paid, am I right that have to wait until 2 months have surpassed (24 nov) until a two week s8 on gnd 8 can be served?

    No, you need to wait until at least another payment is due. The actual wording in ground 8 is:

    if rent is payable quarterly, at least one quarter’s rent is more than three months in arrears
