Hello, we are going to do a Company Let and use a Company Let Agreement – do we need to conduct any form of Right to Rent checks? If so, on who? The company director, employees or the tenants living in the property?

Right to rent checks must be completed on all “adult occupiers” who will be occupying as their main home.
