I’m trying to find the correct form which should have been used in September 20th 2020 as I need to compare one with what the correct one should have been, can you help?
undee “what do if this notice is served on you” it says “you are entitled to 2 months notice etc..” I’m assuming it’s invalid and the worng one?
Plus if a section 21 was served on 2nd November 2020 how long do you have to use it, is it 10 months?
