1 Can the Guildy subscription be set against rental income for tax purposes?
2 fixed rental period finished now onto periodic, do I need to serve the new “ how to rent” ? English Tenancy

    2. If using our agreement, no. If using other agreement, will depend on terms. If goes statutory periodic, yes needs giving again but if contractual periodic (like ours), no.
