Tenancy builder available ‘off-line’

18 Oct 2021 | 1 comment

Hi – it’s been a while since we had a new tenant and I just wanted to use the ‘first 22 steps’ process that you previously had and I found very useful.

I can’t find this now and can only find your ‘online tenancy builder’.  Is this the only way you do this now please ?  Do you still have the previous hard copy facility available ?

Many thanks.

We think you’re referring to the old “golden rules” which have been updated into our checklist for granting a tenancy here.

We haven’t had the plain PDF version for several years because the Builder intelligently adds various legislative documents which are now required (such as deposit prescribed information and the how to rent guide) depending on the selections made in the Builder.

However, once built, a PDF is generated which can be downloaded and printed if you wish (although most people now use the integrated digital signing and then download the completed agreement to put somewhere safe).

For a quick start, please see here. For a blank tenancy, please also see here.
