Tenant on behalf of company

On the AST it states John doe on behalf of name of the company does that mean it’s still an individual or a company and should be a company let let

    Not an easy one, but we think on balance that should be a company let. This is because of the words “on behalf of”, which indicates the company is primary and the individual is “on behalf of” the company.
