Please accept our apologies for not replying sooner. Our automatic notifications don’t appear to be working and we just thought it was quiet due to holidays so didn’t check until now! We will investigate the notifications shortly and fix them.
In answer to your question, you should do a new tenancy agreement. Assuming the deposit was protected and prescribed information for the deposit was done correctly originally, that doesn’t need doing again (although as our Tenancy Builder just comes with all this built in and automatically completed it’a probably just as easy to issue the deposit information again).
