Question

England | Joint and Several Tenancies (England) | Start of a Tenancy (England)

We are seeking your current version of your shorthand tenancy agreement for students. Six students, rent paid termly in advance, My Deposits. I would prefer a blank agreement that can be filled in in front of the tenants, rather than on line. Please advise.

You would need to use the tenancy builder and only a small number of fields are mandatory (such as country and deposit scheme). Everything else can be left blank.

If leaving blank, you will need to select the number of tenants (so sufficient boxes are created) and although there’s an option for termly rents under rent type, you could select “text box” because that will give you a blank box to enter the rent terms manually.
