It is also designed for those with little or no experience of producing professional inventories and the other documents required in the process of safely moving a tenant in.

The course is also useful for managers and others who are responsible for staff carrying out this vital work and who may themselves be involved in dispute resolution and in-house staff training and induction.

The course is about achieving a higher standard and producing robust inventories that will survive the scrutiny of TDP Adjudication. The course is practical and involves delegate participation.
