A quick note to confirm our tweet over the weekend that our wizards have all been updated with a new system and they appear to be working successfully (so far).
The possession notice wizard has had the biggest change and it now includes the tenant fees ban for both England and Wales.
We have managed to reduce slightly the number of questions we need to ask because the new system asks for the date of the latest tenancy and will only ask questions that are relevant to that date. For example, if the date entered is before 1 September 2019, the wizard won’t ask about tenant fees in Wales.
Because we needed to change the whole system of wizards for the date handling, all have been updated including the How to decide which tenancy to use, court forms and the quick access bot visible at the bottom right of every page.
